I like the goal to NOT do something! I might find it easier to start NOT doing something really bad in addition to trying to DO things that are good (like running). I have a sugar addiction. If it is in the house, I almost cannot resist it. If I don’t buy it, I can usually control the impulse to run out and get it for no reason. How’s that going this week, then?
