Now that we are in the second month of 2013, the enthusiasm of the New Year’s Resolution may be waning. Let’s work to keep each other motivated and going in whatever goals you have set for yourself this year!
I have been IKA’ing since January and have been able to walk/run 30 to 45 minutes a day. Why? Because, yes I too need to lose weight but I also love a great burger! I cannot lie. My girlfriends think its funny since that is what I always order. I am working it!!
Yeah, I need to lose weight, too. When I go shopping I can’t find any clothes that fit, especially pants. I usually look for comfy and loose fleece athletic pants and not pants such as jeans with the numbered sizes. Elastic or drawstring waists fit me best. My inner thighs are way too fat. If I lost some weight there then the pants I have would fit me better.
It’s hard to exercise because I have tense muscles (due to anxiety) and they get sore quickly. I can do a little of the Leslie Sansome walking videos.
I started my New Year’s diet on January 1, 2013. So far I have lost 15 pounds. “I HAVE KICKED ASS!” I gave up sugar, chocolate, pizza, and bread. It’s hard, but the results are wonderful.
I HAVEN’T kicked ass yet, BUT I will! I am joining the “I Kick Ass” group because I need to lose 20 lbs and start exercising again. All of you will “hold my feet to the fire”.
