  1. Looking forward to my hubby’s retirement and taking more trips to new places. My niece will be graduating May 30th, so looking forward to seeing her get her diploma and beginning college in the fall.

  2. I’m looking forward to celebrating our 25th Anniversary (with my wonderful husband) and celebrating our daughter upon her college graduation.
    Thanks for the chance!

  3. In 2024, I’m hoping to break out of my “still in pandemic funk” and travel again!!!

  4. In 2024, I’m looking forward to meeting new characters in your books.
I have read your books for decades. They are always enjoyable. I do like that these are usually in a series so we, the readers, can find out what’s happening with previous characters.

    • Congratulations, Barbara!
You’ve won this New Year Giveaway!
My assistant will be reaching out shortly to get your information.

  5. Looking forward to more travel, more time with friends and family and of course more time for reading!

  6. I’m looking forward to the major home-addition/renovation at my brother’s house finally being finished so family members can stay there when we go to visit.

  7. I am looking forward to taking more time to read. Sitting in front of the fireplace, drinking a cup of hot chocolate and a reading a good book will make 2024 a good year.

  8. Challenging myself to finish my first book!! Getting my butt in the chair and getting the words from my brain to the page. Please wish me luck, Julia!

  9. Happy New Year! I am looking forward to more time to read and enjoy family and friends. I am also looking forward to lowering my diabetes sugars and hoping to start a bit of an exercise regime to help there thinking stationary bike and book reading two birds with one erhm peddle push??

    Cheers from a Canadian Fan!

  10. I’d like to get a job that I can work from home because I don’t want to relocate from the small town where I live.

  11. I am always looking forward to your wonderful book. Thank you for all the pleasant hours of reading.

  12. I am so looking forward to my mom in law returning to her home in Illinois – oh what a glorious day that will be

  13. Move to a new home with my daughter. Both of us learn to adjust to life without my husband and her father. Not see the inside of a hospital room for at least 6 months. Make some friends. Stay in contact with old friends. Go back home, where I grew up some time this year for a longer trip and no funeral this time. Make myself eat better so I can loose some weight so I walk easier. Help my daughter how ever I can how ever she’ll let me. She’s a little stubborn and wants to take care of everyone. Try to find more positive days. Enjoy my three cats. Let myself know it’s okay if it’s not a good day and I don’t get anything done but cry (my husband died 7/12/23.) Grab a good book on those days and slip somewhere else for a little while. Try to figure out how many trips it takes to the library to get all the new books that come out. Books are my main almost only entertainment/hobby. If I didn’t have books I’d go more crazy than I already am. So finding a way to acquire more books next year is very important. Our library doesn’t stock very many romance novels so. I am unable to work my budget doesn’t allow for extra things,it doesn’t really cover food. Not asking for pity, just stating a goal. Aquiring books.

Thank you for the opportunity. I love your books.

  47. I’m looking forward to more great books from my favorite author! I just can’t get enough! I’m so excited!

  48. I must have a great book in my hand every day…even on holidays like Christmas.
I would enjoy winning some new ones.
I could share them with my book club of
8 woman then donate to our private community library.

  49. Hi, I was laid off from my job on Friday (12/22) so I have plenty of time to read in between job hunting! Happy New Year!

  50. I had a hard time for a while, depression and the damage MS has ravaged on my brain kept me from reading; my favorite thing to do. But, I’ve recently picked up some of the books I’ve missed out on and I can still say you’re my very favorite author. And not to mention you’re a funny person in real life!

  51. Where the hectic dr. appts. finally ease off for my husband and I can finally sit back and catchup on my reading.

  52. I am looking forward to kid 3 graduating, our Hawaii vacation, and hopefully a step toward retirement!

  53. I’m looking forward to a little good luck – or at least normalcy. 2023 has been a rough year for us!

  54. I need to escape! It has been a bad year physically and your books let me immerse myself in another world. Thanks!

  55. Gaining better mobility thru new exercises and using my adult 3-wheeled trike on a regular basis in 2024!

  56. I’m looking forward to the ability to get lost in more books. The last few years I have not been able to read the way I love too. Now that life is “settling” down I’m hopeful I’ll be able to do this.

  57. More trips, memories, good times with the people I love.
And good health and peace to the whole world

  58. I am looking forward to spending time with my family and better health and paying off bills. I am also looking to read more print books and learning about new authors.

  59. Mu husband passed away in 2022. 2023 has been a “learning” year for me on how to handle the household stuff without him. In 2024 I want to be able to make decisions without second-guessing myself. I want to take some trips without dreading to come to an empty house. In 2024 I want to read, laugh and enjoy again.

  60. I never tire of these stories; I suppose I live for the moment while reading these beautiful renditions of a former way of life and they bring me such a feeling of well-being after each session with them! May they continue into the coming year!

  61. I’m looking forward to good health for my family. Also, I’m wishing for a kidney and liver donor for my kidney recipient. I donated in 2004; he had another transplant in 2010 of a kidney and liver. He’s now being evaluated for yet another transplant!

  62. I am looking forward to finish my grad school and get a job as teacher in a fantastic school.

  63. Not sure looking forward to it is the right phrase for me, but “it is the best of times it is the worst of times.” I am moving from one state to another. I have lived in this house for 25 years and the simple task of finding which things need to be tossed or donated is enough to give me the vapors. And also finding things I have not seen in years is a big push down memory lane. It may take me decades to get out of this house.

    Happy New Year to all.

  64. I’m hoping to have emotional healing in 2024. I’m working really hard on myself and I’m trying to get better.

  65. Wishing for a happier, healthier and more peaceful year…and more sleep. Thank you for the chance.
