  1. Having the lush green of spring appear since it has been a brown/grey/snow coated hibernation season.

  2. Growing plants in my bucket garden. I ordered a new planter today shaped like an octopus. Can’t wait.

  3. Being able to get out of the house more for walks. Getting kind of housebound with the quarantine.

  4. I’m looking forward to sunny and warm weather. Doing walks and reading outside in the garden.

  5. I’m looking forward to warmer weather, opening my windows, hearing the birds, and seeing flowers bloom. And planning my garden.

  6. I’m looking forward to no more snow and ice! And to be able to open up the windows and let the fresh air in.

  7. Being able to go outside and not step in a foot of mud because we are getting rain when the next county over gets snow. I don’t mind cold temps, but the constant mud is getting to me and my dog.

  8. Looking forward to everything waking up and turning green again. Looking forward to the robins returning. I love the colored and scents of spring.

  9. Tbh, I’m just tired of the snow and the cold. My eyes are super sensitive to brightness and the snow here just makes being outside extra uncomfortable. 😕 Spring time is nice and green and bright, but not searing like the whiteness of winter is. 🪴

  10. Pennsylvania, I’m looking forward to no snow/ice for a while. Flowers and Spring temps Bring It On!

  11. I am most looking forward to the new life presented each spring – plants emerging and baby animals.

  12. I’m looking forward to warmer weather and hopefully the pandemic will be on its way to being over!

  13. I’m in LA County. Spring is just a little warmer than Winter. I’m looking forward to different birds coming by, and flowers blooming. We get a marine layer most of March and April, then really hot in May, and more marine layer called June Gloom in June. I love being this close to the ocean.

  14. Oh my gosh, I always look forward to the new growth of budding plants and trees. I think ever since I moved into a house in the Fall, I was so curious to see what would bloom in the Spring.

  15. Spring is my favorite because of all the flowers. Unfortunately I know summer is next and that is my least favorite season in the South.

  16. I’m most looking forward to warmer weather but I’m not looking forward to the thaw. We have gotten plenty of snow this year and I’m anxious about flooding. It’s been so bitterly cold the past couple weeks so I just want some sunshine!

  17. I am looking forward to the flowers, animals, trees in bloom, sunsets. Everything comes back to life and it is refreshing!

  18. I live in Florida so the weather is usually sunny although we have had some cold spells lately.

  19. I’m looking forward to going for long walks in the park with my husband, enjoying the warmth of the sunshine, the scent of the flowers, & the sound of the birds singing!!!

  20. Spring is rather damp and muddy in the Pacific Northwest, but the daffodils are splashes of color against the brown bark of the trees and ground. The days are longer so I tend to putz around more before cuddling up with a good book.

  21. Spring-the few perfect weather days between kind of cold and blistering hot. I live in Phoenix AZ.

Seeing these even with the snow and bitter cold make me love and yearn for the start of spring. Blue birds are fighting over bird houses. Even the type of birds around us are changing All these signs make me want spring here …the scent of mowed grass , morel mushrooms and birds learning how to fly.

  99. The first thing that I love about Spring is watching my cats reveling in the sunshine, rolling on their backs and stretching out in the warmth. I know that they are supremely content at that moment, and that makes me content as well. I also look for the first spring flowers, especially the crocus peeping out from unexpected places. When I see the crocus, then I know that Spring is here. Since I am a cook and a foodie, I also anticipate the early fruits and vegetables, which are so fresh and delicious. Almost everything gets a “fresh coat of paint”, including personal spirits!

  100. We were married on the first day of Spring in 1971. I’m looking forward to our 50th an anniversary 3>
